Haven't updated for a while. Might as well promote one of my friend's comic blogs for you to enjoy:

Should really get started on my 7-minimum page history paper due a week from today but always find trouble getting started.

I'll probably update more regularly from now on...maybe... even though most of my friends who have accounts don't update, or probably don't even look at, LiveJournal anymore.

The Dreaming Tree
One Sweet World
Pantala Naga Pampa --->
Hunger For The Great Light
Where Are You Going
Corn Bread
The Idea Of You
Everyday --->
Ants Marching
A Dream So Real [new song]
Some Devil
Jimi Thing
Eh Hee
Sweet Up and Down
So Much To Say --->
Anyone Seen The Bridge --->
Too Much

American Baby Intro --->
Stefan solo (Schism) --->
All Along The Watchtower

Solid show. Did NOT expect The Dreaming Tree opener, good to hear a brand new song, possibly the the best full band version of Eh Hee with a more hip hop vibe to it with help with the Roots, loved hearing Sweet Up and Down and Shotgun, and Stefan teasing Tool's Schism during his solo was awesome. The Roots by themselves during their opener were pretty cool as well.

I'm not sure if we're actually playing this bad or if he has serious personal troubles, but I wouldn't be surprised if Loughney, after the next little annoyance, suddenly just got up and left the room. :(

[music |Sinfonia No. 3 in D Major - J.S. Bach (Steve Spiegel Arr.)]

So I finally decided to ask for a Nintendo Wii this Christmas. If it is the only present I get, so be it. Even if I don't get it, I don't wanna turn my back on Nintendo's advancements again that started with the GameCube; plus that unique controller look pretty cool.

Luckily I'm not a Playstation person. Good luck to those who get the PS3 tomorrow and the Wii on Sunday, although that latter won't be as hard to find, but still difficult.

[music |Beauty & The Beast - Home]

It's been almost two months since I made a real entry here. Great time to start now.

Just got back from pit reherasel with the cast. Went pretty well I thought, and was very fun to watch the cast whether we perform (sometimes) or not. My only complaint was that percussion had to pack up just before we rehearsed our last song of the night, "Gaston", which has been my most played piece on my iPod/iTunes.

I just feel so lucky, but even more honored to be in the pit since Loughney was looking for a keyboard player a month ago, but decided against the part since he thought it was unimportant and asked him to be in the general percussion section. Joining this, Jazz I, and the volunteering of the Marquette University pep band just makes me feel so happy inside I can barely contain myself. I'm just as happy as ever to be part of the Brookfield East High School music department.

So, first day as a senior. Not much went on, just some introductions in most of my classes. I wish we would have homeroom more often, so I can hear Mr. Lopez play some more tunes from his electrical-acoustic guitar. So I'm stuck with Classical Humanities but Meints seems like a nice teacher, as Deppe has said to me many times. Some highlight upcoming band performances include a Milwaukee Bucks game (Dec 12th), District Solo/Ensemble at Pilgrim Park (March 10th), and last but certainly not least...

THE DISNEY TRIP!!! (Jan. 24-30th)
